How we work. Five commitments.
Every company has values they talk about. These are the five operational commitments we measure ourselves against — and the ones you'll notice if you work with us.
We use what we sell.
Apaxon Ops runs on ApaxonHost. Our internal CRM is built in-house and used daily. Our backups protect our own infrastructure first. When we recommend a product, it's because we've already trusted it with our own operations — not because the margin is good.
Fixed scope, fixed price.
Quotes are firm before work starts. If the scope shifts mid-project — and sometimes it does — we say so, document why, and re-quote explicitly. No surprises on invoices, no scope creep without your consent, no "we'll bill you for that later" conversations.
We don't disappear after launch.
Every project ships with a defined support window — written into the contract, not assumed. Maintenance retainers cover ongoing work for clients who want continuity. We're still around in two years, still answering email, still patching what we built.
Engineering-grade, no theatre.
We document, we test, we log. The console aesthetic across this site isn't marketing decoration — it reflects how we actually run operations. If a process can be made transparent and observable, we make it so. If it can't, we'll say that too.
Manchester-built, UK-focused.
Our team, our infrastructure, and our compliance frameworks are all UK-based. Data residency is built-in, not bolted-on as an enterprise upgrade. GDPR is the floor we operate at, not the goal we aspire to.
