Authorised TalkTalk Business Partner

Broadband, fibre and voice — quoted properly.

Tell us where you are and what you’re running now. Our TalkTalk Business specialist runs a line check on the postcode and comes back with what’s actually available and what it costs.

This is a quote, not a checkout.

Connectivity isn’t something we sell from a price list. What’s available depends on your exchange and cabinet, and anything above full-fibre needs a physical survey. Your contract would be with TalkTalk Business; we make the introduction and stay involved if anything needs chasing.

The only field the line check genuinely needs.

Multi-site quotes are priced differently.

Worth saying even roughly — it changes what's worth quoting.

Who should we speak to?

Connectivity quotes usually go faster on a call.

No obligation and no hard sell. Your connectivity contract would be with TalkTalk Business; we introduce you and earn a referral fee.

Before you ask

Who would my contract be with?

TalkTalk Business, not ApaxonHost. We're an authorised referral partner: we qualify the enquiry, introduce you to our TalkTalk specialist, and they handle the survey, the quote, the install and the ongoing service. Your bill comes from TalkTalk. We earn a referral commission, which is why the introduction costs you nothing.

Why can't I just see a price?

Because connectivity isn't priced like hosting. What's available at your postcode depends on the exchange and the cabinet, and on anything above FTTP the price depends on a physical site survey — how far the fibre has to be pulled, and what's in the way. Any number quoted before that check would be a guess.

How long does it take?

The line check is usually same-day. A quote for broadband or FTTP typically follows within a working day or two. Leased lines need a survey first, so allow one to two weeks for a firm price and 45 to 90 working days for install — that's Openreach's timescale, not ours.

I'm mid-contract with someone else. Is it worth enquiring?

Yes, if you're within about six months of the end. Lead times on business connectivity are long enough that starting early is normal, and knowing your end date lets the specialist time it so you're not paying two providers. If you're eighteen months in, we'll tell you to come back later rather than waste your time.

What's the PSTN switch-off and does it affect me?

BT is retiring the analogue phone network. Any service still running over a traditional phone line — ADSL broadband, ISDN, analogue phone lines, and often alarm and lift lines — has to move to a digital equivalent. If you're on ADSL or have phone lines you've never thought about, it affects you, and it's worth sorting before the deadline rather than in the rush.
