Yes, on every registration with no time limit. Your registration record shows our privacy proxy instead of your name, address, and phone number — which keeps you off the spam lists that scrape WHOIS data. Some country-code TLDs (like .uk) already mask personal data by default.

Yes, free of charge — and we extend it by a year on completion. You'll need the EPP/auth code from your current registrar, which they're legally required to provide. Almost instantly. Standard TLDs (.com, .co.uk, .org, etc.) register within a few minutes of confirmed payment. DNS propagation across the global resolver network can take up to 24 hours, but you'll see your domain managed in Plesk straight away.

We send renewal reminders 60, 30, and 7 days before expiry. If Auto-Renew is enabled (default), we just charge your card on renewal day. If a domain does lapse there's usually a 30-day grace period where we can still recover it cheaply, followed by a more expensive redemption window. After that, it's released back to the public pool.
